She is certainly Abi. Abigail is a CLOVER android with integrated features resembling a bumblebee. These features are far from artificial, not originating from but sourced by CLOVER in her awakening (?).

Similar insect-based designs across CLOVER reflect its crucial role in prolonging the death of the mortal world, and the potential consequences of its absence, despite it being the cause of several issues (?).

There will be more about Abigail when I make some full illustrations for her, she also introduces some new premises to the world of Stormchaser but these will be held back until I actually have some better foundations for it e.g. covering the gimmicks of Stormchaser.

This may be an improvement in my character design skills as I feel like Abi has raised the bar and helped me to gain a little direction, such as with the storm gear/coat where I have started thinking more about functionality (given that frequent extreme weather in this world makes a lot of outfits appear very impractical and out of place).

Fun fact, Abi does not like getting her fluff wet - which is why she has the clear lining over these areas in addition to her coat. They are clear because she takes pride in her appearance, but also because it would not make sense for a bee to cover up its aposematic colouration/warning colours (Character design can be very enjoyable sometimes).
