A 20 minute warm-up video for turbo training and indoor cycling. It will prepare you for a high intensity workout or fitness test.
It's based on the protocol used by British Cycling, Team Sky and Wattbike and will help to give you a suitable warm-up for a hard training session or a fitness test etc..
It can also be used as a 20 minute session on it's own.
Start with the resistance quite low and follow the on-screen recommended cadences. You should start start breathing harder and start getting warm after 10 to 12 minutes.
