Why I Got Coaching for Freediving: Troubleshooting Equalization and Learning to Improve Technique

Hello freedivers! Thanks for joining me on my freediving journey. Today, I take you with me to Eilat, Israel, where I'm receiving coaching from Aharon Solomons for a month. The goals are to level up on my knowledge as a freediving instructor, learn new teaching methods to teach freediving concepts to new freedivers, and to get an assessment of my skills and technique after completing a freediving instructor internship several months ago. In this video, I go into two issues that may help you on your next depth training trip: troubleshooting and minimizing equalization issues and discussing potential difficulties in getting used to diving with a nose clip for the first time.
