Here's me trying the open beta, 12ms central eu player playing eu region and looking for a 4-5 bar connection. This guy is not from eu and the game decides he has a 4 bar connection and it's significantly worse and unstable than that.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of regional servers (south america, africa, middle east, more asian servers etc.) and the lack of properly implemented rollback like other titles with excellent rollback (Killer instinct, Skuillgrils, Themes fighting herds, Fightcade etc.).

Even in a cutscene the game will slowdown and stutter because the opponent downloads the newest torrents over full speed with his wifi while his family streams at multiple platforms. And of course you can't forfeit the fight because your opponent wants to bag the win, he handles this kind of connection on a daily basis.

I will wait and watch if these issues are resolved with the final game, I have no patience for a fighting game not able to do things other much smaller games did decades ago. I did enjoy the gameplay though. some rough edges but it wasn't too bad.
