Join us for an engaging and insightful webinar as part of the SWITCH-On Skills series. We will explore the fundamentals of Net Zero and its growing significance in the UK. Presented by Dr Thomas Lewis, an experienced industrial lecturer, this session will offer a unique perspective on one of the most pressing issues of our time.

You will be introduced to the concept of Net Zero and why it’s of interest—particularly from the perspective of the UK. We’ll then delve into the greenhouse effect to outline what’s happening on our planet, focusing on a specific greenhouse gas leading to climate change. We’ll move on to some of the options we can implement—the supporting tools at our disposal—and finish with some discussion on the world of carbon capture and, notably, what that means to the UK.
