‘No Drones To Russia’: US To Iran Amid Talks To Revive Ties | Will Tehran Pick Russia Over America?

The United States is pushing Iran to stop selling armed drones as well as spare parts for the unmanned aircraft to Russia which have proven to be a game-changer for Moscow in its invasion of Ukraine, as per a report by Financial Times. The US raised the issue with Iran during discussions on a broader “unwritten understanding” to de-escalate tensions. Washington’s request to Iran comes as it continues to provide Ukraine with billions of dollars’ worth of weapons and other military aid.
