The GTA IV Snow Mod turns Liberty City into a Winter Wonderland! Roads, trees, rooftops, parks are now all covered in snow and rain is replaced with snow creating a whole new atmosphere for GTA IV. This video looks at the Enhanced Snow Mod 2.0 which improves on the original Snow mod with new lighting, skyboxes and snow effects.
