Soaked chickpeas, carrot, cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, salt.
2️⃣ Bottle Gourd Cutlet (sorakaya Cutlets)
Grated bottle gourd, jeera, red chili powder, salt, onion, egg, besan (senaga pindi), oil.
3️⃣ Pesarattu
Soaked green gram (pesalu), green chili, ginger, onion, salt, oil/ghee.
