This fly was the inspiration for the Candy Floss Booby. In the video I tell the story behind what has become simply the most effective Stillwater fly in my box the Candy Floss Booby. I don't really fish this pattern anymore but doing the videos has prompted me to tie a few up for the coming season. An ideal pattern for those just beginning to tie flies for the first time. Only a few ingredients and you will have a very effective mini lure that is competition legal.
