According to the latest updates on the Delhi property valuations, for people who are living in the national capital and looking to buy or sell property, property valuation will now get changed. According to the sources, the Delhi government has now proposed to revised the way properties are valued this will be done by creating 32 subcategories from the existing 8 categories that currently determine the circle rate.
