बाहर का खाना खाने में दर लगता है तो घर में बनाए रेस्ट्रॉंट जैसा दल तड़का और जीरा राइस.

Ingredients:-

Dal Tadka

For boiling dal
Half cup toordal(Pigeon pea)
2 Tblsps moong dal(Petite yellow lentils)
2 Tblsps masoordal(Red lentils)
1 Tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 or 2 green chillies
1 t sp salt
1/4 t sp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 t sp turmeric powder
3 cup water
1 tea spoon oil

For making dal

1 tab sp oil
1 tab sp ghee
1 medium size onion finely chopped
1 finely chopped ginger
1/2 tea spoon finely chopped garlic
1 medium tomato
1/4 tsp Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Kithchen king masala
1 t sp salt
1/4 cup water
2 tblsps finely chopped coriander leaves (Dhaniya)

For tadka

1 tblsp oil
2 tsp jeera(Cumin seeds)
3 whole dry Kashmiri red chilly
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
1 tblsp butter
1/2 t sp Kashmiri red chilly powder


Jeera rise:-
2 cup Basmati rise
8 cup water
3 Bay leaves (Tej patta)
1 black cardamom (Kali Elaichi)
4 green cardamom (Elaichi)
3 to 4 cloves ( Lavang)
2 stick Cinnamon (Dalchini)
1 Tsp salt
2 tsp oil
1 tblsp white vinegar
2 tblsps oil
1 tblsp ghee
1 tblsp Jeera(Cumin seeds)
1/2 cup coriander leaves (Dhania)
