This is our best dehydrated meal yet! 'Soba Noodles' rehydrates great and is very satisfying on the trail. I hope you enjoy as much as we do.

The soba noodles are the star of this show. Basically you take one portion of noodles and add almost anything to bring the dish to your desired total final dehydrated weight (~150g for me, ~250g for me and my wife). My meals are normally about 1/3 protien but in this case it is a little less than that.
