Welp, another day, another month, another saison (get it!). This was a surprising offering from a beloved and favored brewer, whom I've respected and lauded over the past 4+ years. If you're not a fan of the funk that only brett yeast can bring to the party, then ... this ain't the brew for you, crew. Thus, from you pal SFIL - "Yak drool". Uh huh. Let that image just sink in for a few seconds, and imagine quaffing a pint of it, fresh from the yak's mouth. In a glass that's been rubbed in whatever's on the ground in a horse and cattle corral. With some armpit juice sprinkled in, for good measure. You're getting the picture. A whopping 1.5 from me on this one. And I think I was generous.
