Got the oven yesterday. Baking my first bread today. Followed the recipe for sour dough boule in the app. My bread is not a sourdough but dried yeast.
I think the temperate of 250 Celsius is too high. Next time I will adjust to 230 Celsius to give the proofing a little more time.
