Diet Probably Isn't Working In the Way You Think It Is - With Dr. Sarah Berry

In today's episode, I interview Dr Sarah Berry, a Reader in Nutritional Sciences at King's College London and the lead nutritional scientist on the ZOE Predict study, which you may remember if you listened to Tim Spector's episode from a few weeks ago.
