Notes from Daniel about this arrangement:
The Moon Theme from DuckTales is one of the most iconic pieces in the canon, and a space-themed vgm album like Brass Effect wouldn't be complete without it. This arrangement is a euphonium feature starring Abigail Lannan (GoofyEuph) and Jordan Moore.
Not too long ago, GoofyEuph had a hysterical viral video tweet in which she "blasted off into space" playing this theme on euphonium against a green-screened background. The beginning of this arrangement pays homage to that tweet; turns out when she arrived in space, there were many brass-playing friends around!
Other than that, I did my best to stay faithful to the source material (including the original mixed meter time signature; I know people care a lot about that) while adding a few personal touches and flourishes to highlight what brass instruments -- especially euphonium -- can do. Thanks to Abby and Jordan for joining us again, and hope you all enjoy!
