Goiter is an enlargement of the thyroid gland, which is located in front of the neck. Although often harmless, the thyroid gland disorder may occasionally cause discomfort by interfering with your swelling or breathing. Generally most people do to exhibit symptoms than a slight swelling on the neck. What are the causes for Goiter? Man cause is iodine deficiency.
