این پیوند مشابه پیوند اسكنه است با این تفاوت بجای ایجاد شكاف، پیوندك را زیرپوست پا یه قرار می دهند برای استقرار پیوندك در زیر پوست پایه، لازم است پوست از روی پایه جدا شود. لذا عمل پیوند در آغاز رشد، انجام می گیرد. پیوندك در زمان خواب گیاه تهیه شده و در یخچال یا سردخانه به مدت چند روز تا زمان عمل پیوند نگه داری می شوند. در گیاهان همیشه سبز، پیوندك در زمان پیوند زدن تهیه می شود. برای استقرار بیشتر پیوندك را با میخ كوچك (سیاه میخ) به تنه محكم می كنند. در پوست پایه یك یا دو شكاف (موازی نزدیك هم) به طول 3 تا 5 سانتیمتر به طور عمود ی از محل سربردار ی شده ایجاد می شود و پوست را از روی پایه كنار زده ای جدا می كنند . برای آماده كردن پیوندك را از قسمت پایینی به صورت قلم خطاطی برش می دهیم پشت پیوندك را هم همینطور برش كوچكی در پوست می دهیم.

پس از آماده شدن پایه و پیوندك ، پوست پایه را با پشت چاقوی كنار زده و پیوندك را در شكاف قرار داده می دهیم و پس از میخ زدن . یا بستن با سیم مفتولی با چسب باغبانی می پوشانیم.

After preparing the base and graft, we remove the skin of the base with the back of a knife and place the graft in the gap and after nailing. Or we cover it with horticultural glue.
