How to Double Vocals & Create Thicker, Wider Vocals!

How to Double Vocals...The Right Way. Doubled vocals mean an entirely new performance synced up as close as possible with the lead — and in this video I'm going to show you my entire process. You can't just copy your lead vocal to a new track and call it a double! All that really gives you is a boost in volume. Doubler effects or adding a slight delay to a copy of a track can work in a pinch — but those never really sound right. What you end up with is more of an effect than a doubled sound.
