As usual, run the short distance to your next destination.

00:15 - Capital Vellweb
Follow the path to the left after the short scene to reach the next screen, then cross the nearby bridge to reach another screen. Here, enter the hole in the wall marked with the green arrow to climb some stairs that lead to a chest containing an Attack Ball (03:53). Climb back up the stairs and continue left to reach the next screen. Go down a little ways, then backtrack to reach the prior screen. Speak with the nearby merchants and purchase new equipment and any items that you may need.

Return to the prior screen and continue to follow the path to the left where you will have a short scene with Rose. Keep going left afterwards until you run into Shirley (08:17). After Shirley is done explaining why she is there, take the top exit near the save point. Climb the stairs in front of you, then climb the stairs on your left to enter the building directly above where you entered (do not climb the stairs leading left). Search the alter directly in front of you to find Stardust #46 (12:21), then return back to where you spoke to Shirley.

This time, continue to your left and follow the path inside the building across another bridge. Climb down the stairs, ignoring the first doorway, and enter the second doorway that you come across, which is found at the bottom of the screen. Follow the short path out here to reach a crate containing Rose's Hairband (15:56). Return to the spiral staircase and continue to go down, ignoring the next exit and instead taking the final exit at the end of the path. There is a crate containing a Spirit Potion (17:17) on this short ledge.

Go back inside and backtrack to the nearest exit on the right hand side that you previously skipped. Follow this path to the end to find Diaz and learn a lot more about this game's characters in a long scene. Note, I ran around before this to find a Maximum Volt to complete my own Beastiary, but this is not a requirement by any stretch of the imagination.

This marks the end of Disc 3.
