Let's discuss! Let's talk about the genre of foreign YouTubers in Mexico: who gets attention and why? What are the political, cultural, historical, and racial contexts at play in this? Who benefits more, the YouTubers or Mexicans? What responsibility comes with privilege? What are the different ways we can "read" this phenomenon?

You know what, people are going to have feelings. They're going to have a lot of feelings. And that's okay! I don't find ideas inherently threatening, and I think all questions are worth asking. I'll trust that most of you feel the same way and can engage in a respectful, calm discussion. Those who can't, well, I may not be your cup of tea... :)
