★বিভিন্ন টেস্ট এর জন্য পূর্বপ্রস্তুতিঃ
*OGTT: সকালে খালি পেটে আসতে হবে। প্রথমে একবার রক্ত দিতে হবে। তারপর গ্লুকোজ খাওয়ানো হবে। ২ ঘণ্টা পর আবার রক্ত দিতে হবে। 
*USG - Whole Abdomen: সকালে খালি পেটে আসতে হবে। যদি বিকালে টেস্ট করাতে চান তাহলে দুপুর ১২ টার মদ্ধে দুপুরের খাবার শেষ করতে হবে, এরপর পানি ছাড়া অন্য কিছু খাওয়া যাবে না, মাগরিবের সময় আসবেন। টেস্টের সময় অবস্যই প্রসাবের চাপ নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
*USG - Lower Abdomen: টেস্টের সময় অবস্যই প্রসাবের চাপ নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
*CBC, NS-1, Widal, Urine R/E, Liver Function Test, Serum Creatinine: এই টেস্ট গুলোর ক্ষেত্রে দুপুর ১২ টার আগে স্যাম্পল দিলে ওই দিনই সন্ধা ৬ টার পর রিপোর্ট পাওয়া যাবে।
*Endoscopy: সকাল ৭:৩০ এর পর কিছুই থাওয়া যাবে না, এমনকি পানিও পান করা যাবে না। দুপুর পৌনে ৩ টার সময় আসতে হবে। রিপোর্ট সাথে সাথে অথবা বিকাল ৫ টায় পাওয়া যাবে।
