Dyno Day Farmall 544 Diesel Hydro

Dyno Day again, today we are running a Farmall 544 Diesel Hydro. it has a German Diesel d-239. this tractor is one of a pair that I have wanted almost 30 years, they had sat outside behind a barn since the fall of 1990. We would pass every time we'd haul hay or straw. I was able last fall to get bought, unfortunately someone or something had drained the fuel out of the injection pump so the original Bosch VA series pump was seized and not serviceable. The engine was froze up and fuel tank/system full of.water and rust. I was lucky enough to get the engine un-siezed and put a CAV pump on to replace the Bosch injection pump. Later we'll get the big brother to this guy dyno'd so stay tuned and hope you enjoy!
