[Thae Yong-ho Special] Ep.10 - A Road to Korean Unification _ Full Episode

Inter-Korean unification is one of the major challenges facing the Korean peninsula. What do the two Koreas think about unification? In this tenth episode of Special Peninsula 24, Thae Yong-ho, North Korea's former deputy ambassador to the U.K., offers his take on solutions to achieve a unified Korea. Thae says the current cost-centered approach to unification may not produce intended results. He also meets with Hyun Jung-hwa, a retired table tennis player and the winner of the 1991 World Table Tennis Championships in Chiba, where the two Koreas formed a unified team. The two recall the dramatic victory of the unified Korea team and stage an exciting match.
