The story follows two agents—Jack Forzenski, a veteran police officer seeking redemption, and Marcus Hill, a former addict recruited for a new anti-drug operation. Set in violent and corruption-ridden streets, the game explores moral dilemmas by allowing the player to choose between following the path of law or succumbing to crime, accepting bribes and using drugs for temporary advantages.
