Here are the ingredients used:
1 whole garlic
1 1/2kg Pork Belly
2 tbsp Miso Paste
1 whole Green Onion
1tbsp Black Coffee
Optional: 1/2 Ginger. (My mom mentioned that sometimes she adds ginger too!)

Note:
My mom uses a pressure cooker. If you are using a pressure cooker, cook for 10 min in high heat and when the bell starts to ring, lower the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

If you are using an ordinary pot that's okay! Just cook for 30 min and check if the meat is tender. If it is not, leave it for a little longer.
