Sing for Health | Community Stories

Sing for health is a free weekly group that focuses on whole body breathing through singing. Sessions have many different benefits for breathing, low mood or anxiety, confidence building and postural alignment.

This video was created as part of the Celebrating Community Stories Project 2023 - 2024. Public Health at Worcestershire County Council worked with organisations across the County to find out what keeps Worcestershire healthy, active and creative.
