Where to Find Higher-Waisted Pants for Men

Lot of people talking about higher waisted pants, and I've gotten some questions on where to find them, so outlining some options that I was able to confirm have a higher rise.

The rise isn't the only measurement that determines how high the waist is, but it is the most important. A pair of pants that are looser in the seat are naturally going to have a larger rise than a slimmer fitting pant, which is why you see some here with rises over 14 inches, and some just a bit over 11 inches.

Traditionally, anything over 12 inches is considered high-rise, but given lower rises have been the norm for so long, an 11 1/8 inch rise like on the Wrangler 13mwz is going to feel pretty high to most people when worn on the natural waist, especially given the slimmer fit.

There are quite a few options which appear to be quite high-waisted available from brands like Knickerbocker, Todd Snyder, Carharrt WIP, Stan Ray, and Ben Davis, anmong others, but they don't have rise measurements listed on their websites so I stuck with what I was able to confirm here.
