This complex highway junction, known for its winding ramps and multiple levels, is crucial for ensuring smooth traffic flow between major routes around Rotterdam. This interchange is one of the corner points in the Rotterdam Ring road. In this video, I’ll design a network with overpasses, and ramps to optimize traffic efficiency.
