Can fast food ACTUALLY be healthy?? I know a lot of people gained weight during quarantine (I gained 8 pounds), because people are stressed and mainly getting fast food like McDonald's to cope with stress. I wanted to try an experiment to see if I could lose weight while eating fast food and the results were crazy! For 24 hours I tried only ordering the food items with the lowest amounts of calories from Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, and Taco Bell and I was shocked!! Can fast food be cheap, budget friendly, AND healthy!?
