Towards the end of the 2000/01 season, Yeovil's Conference title hopes were fading but still just about alive. They travelled to Kingsmeadow to face relegation-threatened Kingstonian who were equally in need of the points, coming back from 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 down before finally winning 4-3 with the last kick of the game to keep the title race alive.
