It seems like nobody can possibly predict what SpaceX founder Elon Musk will do next, even his investors! At first, the idea of him filming a movie in outer space seemed just crazy enough to be true and it turns out that it is. Not only does he have legendary actor Tom Cruise on board, but Jim Bridenstine confirmed NASA is taking part in this adventure as well! They’ll actually be heading to the space station along with director Doug Liman. Needless to say, the behind the scenes clips of this narrative film are going to be next level! But is this really the first film to take place entirely in outer space? Let’s not forget that Richard Garriott created “Apogee of Fear” entirely outside of planet earth and we’ll talk about some of the difficulties filming he had during the process. This may not be part of the Mission Impossible but it’s safe to say it will be out of this world!
