✨ Designed by me, a 55 year old who wants to stay capable — not fragile.

✨ Improves joint health and range of motion
✨ Builds balance and coordination (fall prevention)
✨ Strengthens deep core and fascia
✨ Trains real-world movement, not machines
✨ Keeps you confident getting up and down from the floor as we age (let's not get trapped in our aging bodies)

💪 This session leans intermediate to advanced, but warmed-up beginners can modify movements to their ability and still benefit by investing in your future mobility.

🫶 This is an unpolished video with limited editing.
🫶 This is me in my natural habitat, & how I flow in the morning.
🫶Many of these moves were absolutely unobtainable to me just one year ago. It took lots of consistency. And with continued consistency, I will continue to smooth these moves out.
