"Upon entering Southfall Passage within the Tomb of Raithwall, the player must find a Lich and fight it, but not kill it. By lowering its HP to critical it is prompted to use Divide, spawning another Lich. There is a 20% chance the spawned Lich will be the Cultsworn Lich. Spawned Lich will only divide once and divided Lich will not divide."

Now this rare monster is an annoying one for two reasons: getting it to spawm is extremely difficult unless you two-zone away and return. The second reason is that stealing a Loxley Bow from it is nigh impossible without Thief's Cuff(s). Still, I've managed to actually find one Cultsworn Lich. And as for the drop, it was a Glass Jewel.
