October 10th is the National Mental Health Day in Denmark. At Insights we are dedicated to helping organizations focus on the mental health of their employees. Recently, Insights Denmark organized an internal mental health day, where we explored our own work environment through the lens of the colour energies and our Insights Discovery Profiles. In this video, you can explore how we utilize our own tools and approach to discuss mental health amongst our own employees.
