We have successfully integrated the Vendor portal(In Wordpress Side) with Zoho CRM.
Here's a simplified overview of the process:

In the Vendor portal, the application creation form includes all necessary fields, including a dropdown for "Application Size" ranging from 1 to 10. Depending on the selected size, the form displays the corresponding number of dependent forms. For example, if the size is 3, two dependent forms will appear along with the main application form.

When the application form and any dependent forms are submitted, a corresponding application record is created in Zoho CRM with all details. In Zoho CRM, the application record is linked to Documents and Dependents records. The Documents record includes all fields with the status set to "Pending Review" and attached files. Similarly, files are attached to the Dependents record.

If the CRM side needs to add Documents or Dependents to the application, we've added buttons for this. The "Add Documents" button opens a form for adding documents, and the "Add Dependent" button opens a form for adding dependents. When these forms are submitted, the records are created and attached to the application.

Any updates made to the IMA number or Notes on the Zoho CRM application record are reflected in the Vendor portal application record, which the vendor can review.
