GBR 2.0: A project by students of Nixor College

Gilgit Baltistan Project 2.0 was started with a mission to create substantial & lasting change by funding holistic, long term programmes in Pakistan's local communities.

This was a locally driven project by the students of Nixor College, under the ‘House of Dreams Community Welfare Society’. GBR 2.0 has also been certified by Dar-Ul-Uloom as Zakat compliant.

With an aim of creating positive change for the advancement in education in Pakistan, we donate 100% of funds collected directly to the beneficiaries, which in return will support and develop the local community towards better educational facilities.

In the Summer of 2017, 55 students and 10 administrators traveled to Hatoon Village in Gilgit Baltistan province to build an all girls school in 21 days.
