In this video we are going to be trying out the Brand New Exotic Scout Rifle, the Wicked Implement. This scout is a brand new seasonal mission that can be obtained by getting all the exotic fish then completing a new secret mission. This scout rifle is stasis and has the ability to slow enemies and form stasis crystals that are picked up and refill your ammo. I do not know what the catalyst does yet but I'm hoping it is helpful and provides another perk instead of just stats. I do like the gun model and sound however the exotic is very lackluster and doesn't provide much, however it is very cool and something to get in the mean time.
