Описание к видео DIY PROJECT: Health monitoring system by using ESP32 + BLYNK IOT + Email + MAX30102

---

📘 Description:

The Health Monitoring System is an IoT-based project designed to continuously monitor a person’s vital health parameters such as heart rate (BPM) and blood oxygen level (SpO₂) using the MAX30102 pulse oximeter sensor. The system is built around the ESP32 microcontroller, which processes the sensor data and sends it to the Blynk IoT platform for real-time monitoring on a smartphone or web dashboard.

If the health readings go beyond the normal range — indicating a critical health condition — the system automatically triggers an email notification to the registered recipient (doctor, family member, or caretaker) to alert them instantly.

---

⚙️ Hardware Components:

1. ESP32 Development Board – Main controller with Wi-Fi capability for IoT communication.

2. MAX30102 Sensor – Measures heart rate and oxygen saturation (SpO₂).

3. Connecting Wires – For interfacing components.

4. Power Supply – 5V via USB or external adapter.

---

🧠 Software and Tools Used:

1. Arduino IDE – For programming the ESP32.

2. Blynk IoT App – For real-time health data visualization on mobile.

3. ESP Mail Client Library – For sending email alerts through SMTP.

4. Wi-Fi Network – To connect ESP32 to the Internet.

---

📲 Working Principle:

1. The MAX30102 sensor detects the user’s pulse rate and SpO₂ levels using infrared and red light absorption through the fingertip.

2. The ESP32 microcontroller reads the sensor data and uploads it to the Blynk cloud using Wi-Fi.

3. The Blynk app displays real-time values of BPM and SpO₂ on a mobile dashboard.

4. When the readings fall into an abnormal or critical range (e.g., SpO₂ 90% or BPM 120), the ESP32 automatically sends an email alert to a pre-configured address.

5. This enables remote monitoring and quick action in case of medical emergencies.

---

📊 Features:

Continuous monitoring of Heart Rate (BPM) and SpO₂ levels.

Real-time data visualization on Blynk IoT dashboard.

Automatic email alerts during abnormal health conditions.

Wireless communication using ESP32 and Wi-Fi.

Portable and low-cost health monitoring solutio

🧩 Advantages:

Reduces the need for continuous physical supervision.

Enables real-time health tracking from anywhere.

Provides early warning through email alerts.

Scalable and compatible with other IoT platforms
