Another day another TAS. I finally got motivation to come back to Bash and try out 2 player. With a lot more opportunities for inputs there is more room for manipulation. So ball levels especially are rather simplistic. Polar, Bash and Tank stages are somewhat trivial since one player targets a separate AI, but there are still some clever tricks to ensure damage and to make sure plenty of it gets done. Dash levels explain themselves.

Why did I choose the Scientists? Pretty much because I wanted to try them out, but also some genuine reasons. I have already TASed using a Bandicoot and a Heavy. I felt like the scientists had untapped potential. Cortex is a super fast box thrower with Brio not being far behind, and they can throw far with a range of angles. They are the second best character for Tank levels since their projectile speed makes for starting the I-frame window as early as possible means damage can be done earlier. The only real negative about the scientists is their polar push recharge time, being just over 3 seconds. I would not choose a scientist in single player TAS due to it, but in 2 player, since it is one charge each and done, I can instead utilise their strong and extended push to my advantage.

The Heavy characters (Kong and Tiny) are definitely an option for 2 player TASes. If you were to do an opposing team 2 player TAS, I believe it would be best for it to be Tiny vs Kong or Tiny vs Cortex. Tiny is by far the strongest good team player. Kong might seem to be good, but cortex is superior in Bash levels, can be considered equal in Polar, and despite having less damage in tanks, again the speed makes up for it. On the note of "another TAS" I do not currently plan on making a 201 TAS as I see no reason to, as the only new thing I would be showcasing is Warp 5 with 2 players, and a few of the collectibles. It would be a lot of work for not much interest, in my opinion. However, I have got a donation goal on stream of 500 NZD that if reached I will do a 201 TAS. It will take about a year or work, will take a lot of time and effort. So if you really want to ask "when is 201", you can donate to the cause.

I appreciate your viewership and support regardless, your comments and surprise are the reason I love doing this, showing those who love Bash it's speed and craziness on a frame level. Feel free to ask any questions if you want something explained, I am happy to answer. And also, if you'd like to get into Bash TASing, or any TASing at all, feel free to ask as well!

If this is my last Bash TAS, thanks for everything, it's been exhausting but really, really fun to showcase. Enjoy!
