Weekly training from Québec, Canada amateur team (Rouleurs Polo-Vélo). Locate in Gatineau/Ottawa. Racer from Senior 1-3 and Master 1-3.
This training was to push as hard as we can to climb "Pink climb : around 3 min full gas" and "fortune climb : around 5 min full gas". We start at P3 parking in Gatineau park up to Champlain belvedere. From there we stop and come back to P3 in drop race format.
