WR Holder Mirabai Chanu HEAVY TRAINING | Team India

Team India came to Birmingham to train for the Commonwealth Games 2022. They trained at MSC, just around the corner from where I live and so I figured I had to go and watch/film.

Team India is incredible, with Saikhom Mirabai Chanu at the top of the team. She currently owns the 49kg world record in the clean and jerk at 119kg. Joining her is world gold medalist in the clean and jerk Bindyarani Devi.
