Recently I received few comments from viewers where they wanted me to shape their dream home ideas in sims 4. It gave me a great opportunity and an idea to do something for you guys. I decided to start with “YOUR DREAM HOME” Series, where i’ll be making mansions, villas, houses, apartments, penthouses, community lots (all that is possible for me) and more, desired by you.

All you have to do is, subscribe and comment to my videos, with your desired builds in sims 4. Add original property details, video links, image reference links, etc. of real life homes in the comment. I’ll try to make it as close as real in The Sims 4. And share it up on Sims 4 Gallery for you to download and play with your sims in YOUR DREAM HOME. Let’s get this started already. I am hoping to have lots of fun doing this. Also, its going to give me lot of positive vibes to make something for you :D

This is the first house I built from the comment section.
1303 Parkway Beverly Hills. I searched this on google and tried to replicate it. Though, as always, there are my renditions to this build. But i really like how this turned out.
I could have done this on bigger lot. But I decided to do this on smaller lot size because I am guessing lot of Builders are already working on bigger lots :P

I did this without Custom Content. Just used CC cushions and beddings to make it realistic. Do watch the walkthrough (It takes a lot of effort to make it lol)
