This performance of Worldwide by Big Time Rush in Ottawa, Ontario on Friday, September 7th, 2012 was especially dedicated to Jane Fiemeyer, a beautiful eight-year old fan who passed away from leukemia.

BTR was scheduled to surprise Jane with a personal visit on September 10th but sadly she passed away on Thursday September 6th, 2012 before that could happen. Thankfully, they were at least able to reach out to little Jane with a video greeting earlier in the week. At this next performance, they named Jane their worldwide girl, and delivered this emotional performance in her honor.
