War Robots Halloween 2017. iOS received update 3.3 on Monday but I wanted to run a few games, test out the MK2 upgrade and to see what Team Death Match offered in terms of overall gameplay. This year, we had some pretty cool new skins made for the Rogatka, Galahad, Leo, Raijin and Natasha - my favourites are the Skeleton and Blackwidow. The MK2 weapon and robot enhancement I'm not happy with. Such a simple idea of levelling up again made more complicated. For players who are considering doing this be VERY careful of falling into the trap thinking your weapons and robots will end up being superior. The MK2 upgrades only really kick in once you are at level 10 and up on the MK2 scale. I also feel this can be a bit of a double-edged sword because if any tournaments were to be held now, MK2 would not be allowed since the majority don't have it. That would then force players to buy another set of weapons and to level it up to level 12 (MK1) just to compete. Team Death Match I'm not a fan of either. The first few games that I ran, all I saw were Spirals, Zenits, Noricums, Trebuchets, Gekkos, Zeus, RDBs - all medium to long range builds. For most of the matches players just sat back. In my opinion, TDM in it's current form needs to be scrapped. While I welcome the deals to convert Workshop Points and Gold into Component Points, I think the amount of Component Points for the premium items need to be increased and to also not have them split between two items.

So what am I happy with in this update? I am happy with the skins, the visuals reflecting Halloween and the introduction of the deals to get Component Points.

What am I not happy with in this update? I am not happy with MK2 Enhancement, I am not happy with the Shocktrain weapon and TDM.
