Ford Mondeo Mk4 1.8 TDCI - Coolant change, Thermostat Replace and Coolant reservoir replace

Ford Mondeo Mk4 1.8 tdci 2008 - Coolant change, Thermostat Replace and coolant reservoir replace. In this video on the Mondeo Mk4 I was ment to be doing a simple coolant replace, how ever this ended up with me replacing the thermostat and the Coolant tank.

The reason for all the extra work was the mess inside the coolant tank and I was not happy with it and me being me just replaced the part and the thermostat it self as well. Once everything was striped down I ran cold fresh water and flushed the radiator out from the top hose untill clean water came out from the bottom hose.

Once I done everything I topped up the coolant and ran the engine for around 15 minutes or so and had the heaters on full heat to make sure the coolant got threw the heater matrix. Once done check all the coolant levels and top up as needed.
