1. Apply a heat protectant spray or serum to your hair to protect it from heat damage.
2. Divide your hair into small sections. The smaller the sections, the better the curls will hold.
3. Take a section of hair and place a Velcro roller at the end of the section.
4. Roll the hair up towards your scalp, making sure the hair is evenly distributed on the roller.
5. Secure the roller in place by folding the ends towards the center.
