A week on the Cheshire canal ring in September 1976. This was originally filmed on (silent) Standard 8 cine film and subsequently converted to VHS with added commentary. The trip starts at Preston Brook travelling down the Trent & Mersey turning on to the Macclesfield and then into Manchester along the Ashton and Bridgewater canals. 100 miles and 92 locks!
