Recipe
Ingredients:
Broken wheat (Very Course ground wheat) Half Kg
Sugar Half Kg
Ghee/oil ¼ litre
Dried Coconut (Shredded) 25 mg
Peanut (Shredded) 25 mg
Raisin (Dried grapes/kismis) 25 mg
Cardamom (Elaci) 4
Fennel seeds (Saunf) 2 teaspoons
Table salt 1 tea spoon
Milk 2 litre
Directions:
1. Take a hot water in a pot
2. Wash the broken wheat in it.
3. In larger pot, boil 2 litre water.
4. Add washed broken wheat in it.
5. Cook at medium fire.
6. Stir with continuous interval
7. You can add more hot water if the wheat grains are still not tendered completely
8. When it is near to become soft and tender, add some other ingredients
Fennel seeds; Ghee; Milk; Sugar
9. When wheat grains have become tender and lacy
Then Add Peanut; Coconut; Raisin
10. Take in plate and garnish with dry fruits
