Rakesh Mohan, A senior officer in the state education department files a writ in a special court in Delhi in the year 2003. In the writ, he alleges that in the year 2000, he was pressurized by the state government to authenticate a fake list of selected candidates to be recruited as Primary school Teachers in the government schools. The investigative agency is now sure that the list which Rakesh Mohan has submitted in the court claiming to be fake is in fact the original and the genuine list, whereas the so called `Genuine' list released by Rakesh Mohan was in fact the `Fake' list. This revelation means that the apparent whistle blower has been misguiding the court and the investigative agency to cover up a bigger scam. Who are the masterminds of this scam? Why is Rakesh Mohan misguiding the court and the investigative agency?
